Hola! Dear parents, relatives, students I hope everyone had a fantastic Spring break.
The eight graders will continue with reflexive pronouns, but at the same time adding conjugations, adding Informal Commands, irregular verbs and different expressions, also write their daily routine. This is to develop their writing. They have to review and memorize the vocabulary to practice in class.
Seven grade started with direct objects and direct objects pronoun, variety of nouns, including singular masculine and plural feminine, affirmative informal commands.
6th grade are working with the verb "me gusta" I like or "no me gusta" I don't like, indefinite and definite articles, the verb "ser"/to be, and the use of prepositions. Also, the introduction of the verbs ending with “ar”, like “hablar” (talk) and their conjugations.
We are almost at the end of this wonderful journey. Looks difficult but is not, if the students follow the tips, such as: Listen, pay attention, participate in class, visualize, explore, focus and practice will ease the learning of Spanish language.
Do you know: The Tango is a type of music originated in immigrant neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in the 188O’s. This music is a combination of African rhythms, European folk music, and popular gaucho songs.
On "May the 5th", the Mexicans celebrates the victory of a battle of Puebla over the French
Army on May the 5th, 1862, at Puebla, east of Mexico City.
Reminder: Is very important to review the vocabulary already learned everyday and reinforce with practice.
The lower grades will have songs, Spanish games, music, and vocabulary. Any doubts or questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
